Nurse Visitation Team – A registered Nurse will be available to make visits to physically disabled homebound, acute, chronic or terminally ill. Call sandy Schurdell, Certified Nurse Practitioner, to initiate a visit.

Community Resource Assistance – For help in finding assistance for specific resources call Rhonda Christian or Jane McManus, Licensed Social Workers. Also a call to 211 will access you to multiple resource web sites.

Health Screenings - Free BP Screenings are held on the 3rd Sunday morning each month.
